Have I mentioned I cook pasta with very little water ? I also mix two sauces to make my meatball recipe. I love this rose sauce usually whiskey or four cheese, but only half because the whole thing is too too much. Then I mix with a tablespoon of red sauce and it turns out amazing. Also, I hate recipes. I cook most everything by magically guessing. Except for boxy things like brownies. Those things cannot be cooked without strictly following the recipes (believe me, I have tried). Also most of the times I get it right. Hungry yet?
